Foil Face processes photos voluntarily provided by users to create personalized sticker images. When you choose a photo for sticker creation, the selected image is uploaded to our processing service and used only to generate the sticker you requested.

Foil Face does not perform facial recognition and does not create, collect, store, or share biometric identifiers, facial templates, face geometry data, or any other biometric information.

The app also includes Google advertising, which may collect anonymous device and usage information in accordance with Google's privacy policies.

Foil Face processes photographs that may contain facial images solely for the purpose of generating personalized AI-created sticker images requested by the user.

Uploaded photos may be transmitted to third-party service providers, including OpenAI, solely for image generation and processing required to create the sticker. These providers are not permitted to use the images for advertising or marketing purposes on behalf of Foil Face.

Original uploaded photos and generated sticker images are stored securely using Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure to allow users to access and manage their creations.

Photos and generated sticker images are retained until the user deletes them or closes their account, at which point they are permanently removed from our systems within a reasonable period required for backup and operational processes.

Face data is never sold, used for advertising, shared with data brokers, or used for user profiling.

Users may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting support.
