Foil Face may collect and process:

• Photographs selected and uploaded by users.
• Generated sticker images created from uploaded photographs.
• Device, diagnostic, and usage information necessary to operate and improve the app.
• Purchase and subscription information provided through Apple.

How Information Is Collected

Information is collected directly from users when they upload a photo, create a sticker, make a purchase, contact support, or otherwise use the app's features.

AI Processing and Third-Party Service Providers

To generate sticker images, uploaded photographs are transmitted to OpenAI, L.L.C., our artificial intelligence service provider.

OpenAI processes uploaded photographs solely for the purpose of analyzing the image and generating the sticker requested by the user.

Before a photograph is sent for processing, users are informed that their image will be processed by OpenAI for sticker generation and must provide consent within the app before continuing.

Foil Face requires service providers that process personal data on our behalf to maintain appropriate privacy and security protections that are equal to or substantially similar to those described in this Privacy Policy.

Photos and Camera Access

Photos uploaded for sticker creation are used solely to generate the requested sticker image. Foil Face does not use uploaded photographs for facial recognition, biometric identification, advertising, profiling, or marketing purposes.

Foil Face does not create, collect, store, or share biometric identifiers, facial templates, face geometry data, or any other biometric information.

Data Storage and Retention

Uploaded photographs and generated sticker images are stored securely using Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure to allow users to access and manage their creations.

Uploaded photographs and generated sticker images are retained until the user deletes them or closes their account. Following account deletion, data is permanently removed from our systems within a reasonable period required for backup and operational processes.

How We Use Information

Information collected through Foil Face is used to:

• Generate personalized sticker images requested by users.
• Provide, maintain, and improve app functionality.
• Process purchases and subscriptions.
• Respond to customer support requests.
• Maintain security and prevent abuse of the service.

Advertising

The app includes Google advertising services. Google may collect anonymous device and usage information in accordance with Google's privacy policies for ad delivery and measurement.

Data Sharing

Foil Face does not sell personal information.

Personal information is shared only when necessary to provide the requested service, including with:

• OpenAI for AI-powered image processing and sticker generation.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) for secure storage and hosting.
